It is useful to be able to check swimming pool times and spaces, before leaving the house. I used to book sessions on it quite easily too.

App is reliable for bookings and useful news of pool closures etc. But it has a few quirky glitches that take a bit of getting used to. Eg there's no point selecting a swim time in the calendar as this only selects the day. Only after this has been done can you select a swim time. Also on 23 Dec timetable says the pool is open till noon but swim slots for that day "Not Available" - which I suspect is an error. But most of the time it works ok

Really easy to use, although you have to be quick, or you can miss a slot! Be good if there was a waiting list facility. Also, would be perfect if we could scam into gym/classes, rather than using your card or key fob. Ffit conwy is amazing, with great gym's, classes and lovely staff.

Terrible app it is infuriating you have to constantly re-enter log in details even while using it to book sessions if you click back to book another session elsewhere you have to log in again.

So unusable. My app keeps defaulting to Welsh which I am sorry to say I don't speak, so I can't navigate my way round it. I'm trying to book onto a playful parent session but am unable to find these because of how not at all intuitive this app is.

Frustrating user experience as got through to payment and didn't process. Can't book unless child or adult is a member, and you have their ID number. So gone are the days when you could simply book and pay for your kids for a quick swim. Most frustrating however is the reception and approach from staff at local leisure center in listening, responding with due customer service skills.

Timetables are missing just shows blank, turned up for a session, but there was a gala on, site only shows info for last month's gala, staff really nice and looked on their own phone, looks like no data has been entered for this month.
