★★☆☆☆ Same issues as everyone else. It's really slow, crashes a lot, First are really expensive and unreliable. I just wish I had another option. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 as it now won't even load up without asking me to rate the app again. Will be deleting this app asap. UPDATE: Is STILL harassing me to change my rating every time I load the app. if I could give zero stars, I would. service is worse than ever and the app hasn't changed. I'm literally moving house to avoid using First ever again.

★★☆☆☆ Useless. The app doesn't specify that you can't use 2 tickets on the same device - this can only be found deep in the user guide. I had to pay for an extra ticket on the bus.
