GREAT app! You get the right workouts for whatever equipment you have access to. The BEST, BEST part of the app is definitely my trainer, Glenn 🏆. He keeps me on target. This is TRULY 1-on-1 training. Glenn tailors my workouts to meet my goals. Even if I'm traveling, he crafts routines that keep me moving. He checks in regularly, his feedback on nutrition, rest, hydration, and caring for my health is excellent. All of that and Glenn is also smart, hilarious, and makes my health journey fun!

I love this app. I have been using it for a few years now and would never give it up. I started with Glenn one of their personal trainers to rehab my elbow after an injury, Glenn is amazing. My elbow is soo much better, I am losing weight. This has become an essential for both my physical and mental health.
