It's been an incredible experience working with the people at Five Lakes! They have made it so easy for me to be able to consolidate my debt! I did not want to go bankrupt as I truly wanted to pay my debtors, and they have made this happen. I am now halfway into a 3 and 1/2-year plan, and my credits is now coming back up again! Very thankful that I made the choice to work with them. If you want to be smart about getting out of debt, then I suggest that you work with Five Lakes!

I had 11 accounts with them. I dropped 1 account to 10. I sent extra money every month. They asked me to pay extra, around $800 a month to paid off 2 accounts, and they told me I'll pay it off faster. I just find out I still have to paid for 57 months like in contact. I'm so disappointed with them 😞 I work so hard to pay $1720 a month, and I just heard I still own same amount of money. This company is a joke. I spoke with 3 people, and they all told me about some hidden fees:(please be careful

My experience has NOT been positive. When I ask questions, they do not provide answers. They did send information about how they could continue to use my private info. Any way they choose. I filed a complaint with BBB in Irving, Texas against them. Five Lakes is not a reputable company. Do not provide any info. With them. Very underhanded, very disreputable!

Please make sure you read everything that they make you sign. They are super quick to get you to sign up but don't explain anything thoroughly. You think you are saving money, but you are not. Even if you settle for less, they get 27% on top of what you filed for. You will end up spending money over time. Scam and a waste of time and money. I asked what I needed to do to cancel or talk to someone about it, and they just cut me off and cancelled my plan. Didn't even give me a chance to think.

Absolutely awful group. They have direct access to my account and refuse to take withdrawal from the scheduled day they're supposed to, which makes everything fall back even more than anything. Honestly, debt consolidation is a joke, this group is a joke, and I probably would have been better filling bankruptcy rather than deal with more stress and headaches they specifically cause
