This is my first time experiencing this type of financial institution. Everything they tols me as to what I could expect is exactly what has happened. I love that I can see and follow along with everything that is taking place and track the progress of each debt. I see whitch debts has been negotiated and the associated payment plan and which debts are still awaiting negotiation. I just love this whole debt elimination vive going on here. Kidos to Five Lakes.

These people are a joke. They screwed up my social and, even though I pointed it out, they still ran it. Then told me I needed to provide them my card or documentation proving why I am because of THEIR mistake. I told them to cancel my account. It's been a week, and they are still contacting me and haven't cancelled anything. If I provided this kind of service, I would lose my job. If it isn't cancelled and money comes out of my account, my next step is the CFPB and GA State Attorney

There are legitimate companies out there to help you, this isn't one of them. I got out before I wasted one more penny. They weren't honest with me, they had 0 honest communication. Paid one of six debts while the rest went to Collections, and now I have to file bankruptcy. There are way more negative comments for this app than positive ones, read them all.
