This is my first time experiencing this type of financial institution. Everything they tols me as to what I could expect is exactly what has happened. I love that I can see and follow along with everything that is taking place and track the progress of each debt. I see whitch debts has been negotiated and the associated payment plan and which debts are still awaiting negotiation. I just love this whole debt elimination vive going on here. Kidos to Five Lakes.

App is fine, but they work with Accredited Debt Relief which is a scam. They sucker you into their program without ever giving you time or opportunity to consider the options that are best for you personally then when you try to leave they guilt you about your debts. They just want to profit of desperation.

I had 11 accounts with them. I dropped 1 account to 10. I sent extra money every month. They asked me to pay extra, around $800 a month to paid off 2 accounts, and they told me I'll pay it off faster. I just find out I still have to paid for 57 months like in contact. I'm so disappointed with them 😞 I work so hard to pay $1720 a month, and I just heard I still own same amount of money. This company is a joke. I spoke with 3 people, and they all told me about some hidden fees:(please be careful
