Although Fondly is new, by far they have good customer service and competitive pricing. I quite like their map features in their app and their delivery couriers are fast too. Not sure why other apps aren't able to do it

Driver came out in the snow but his GPS toke him a block over, and he couldn't figure it out. As a delivery driver you should know how addresses work.... especially as I live in an apartment and it's all houses a block up. The apartment number in the address should have clued him in.

Used to be a decent food app with free deliveries from some popular korean restaurants, then with every update either the fees went up ($1.99-$3.99) or you became out of range. This was accompanied by new fees, and now it costs $8+ just for the delivery fees. Poor customer experience after spent well over $1k through app.
