Primitive user interface, what you write in the description text box, you cannot copy it to clipboard and save it elsewhere, if Fremont officials close any request with ridiculous reasoning you cannot reopen the request, so one has to rewrite it, there is no way for you to comment/edit/reopen your own requests closed by Fremont officials with stupid reasoning/comments. Without any oversight such apps just waste time, but I am sure they are charging Fremont city for providing this app.

Poor performance and buggy. Don't bother trying to make requests, you'll just fill out a form, be unable to submit, and then it'll link you to another form on another website to fill out. Not much of a point downloading if you can't request
