Unreliable. Had a subscription for 3 weeks, with all 3 orders incorrect, first one, use by dates meant 6 days worth of food would last a few days, apologized and credited my account, so I carried on, second week, missing meals this time, so they credited my account for the next week, so reluctantly I carried on and third week, missing meals again, cancelled subscription. The main reason of food prep is saving time, I have spent more time on to customer services than I have saved each week

AVOID FRIVE AT ALL COSTS!!! The service feels borderline fraudulent. I've repeatedly tried to cancel and pause my subscription, yet it keeps being reactivated. I also cancelled an order and raised a support ticket, but was still charged and the delivery was sent anyway. Customer service is virtually non-existent, issues are ignored, and the app is clunky and frustrating to use. By far the worst customer experience I've had. I genuinely hope management sees this and takes action. ZERO STARS
