Initiative of the app to provide food at reasonable rates is good but the overall end to end experience has to be completely revamped The logistics to deliver the order, customer service and experience needs a lot of uplift if you rely on a third party delivery provider then the experience has to be seamless, and they cannot work as two different organizations Overall the intent might be good but needs a lot of uplift in stitching end to end experience
