What good is the app when you pre order a cab more then 3 hours in advance and they forget about you. Left my son stranded in the cold at 12am after work. Then driver took the longest route possibly home and added an extra $8 to fare. I feel he took advantage of my son because he is a teenager and doesn't know any better. I called to speak to someone and was left on hold.

Dont use this cab company the DISPATCHER are extremely disrespectful and clearly have no clue what customer service is or the defintion is! The old owners were 10x better and use to excel in customer services but since new owners took over there not servicing the areas there suppose to! The town needs to check these guys out theres guidelines for cab companies and there not following them!!!!!
