I really enjoy a nice peaceful ride on my way to work and the same as riding GET on my way home. It's easy and so accurate that it tells you when the driver has arrived! Most of all, it's easy to track the ride when it is about to arrive!

I ONLY RECENTLY FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS. I HAVE HAD 3 RIDES SO FAR. NO ISSUE. OTHER APPS LIKE LYFT HAVE OVERCHARGED ME FOR SHORT WAY DISTANCES... THESE RIDES ARE PRETTY CHEAP & CONVENT. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS YOU CANNOT AJUST/CHANGE PICK UP AREA. OUTSIDE THIS I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. GLAD I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS DEF SPREADING THE WORD.

Love this app!!! Your drivers are always professional and pleasant. This option allows people who don't drive an opportunity to get places in a very timely matter without it costing too much. GET has the right idea with this new option, and I couldn't be more pleased with this service since sometimes regular bus route service only operates once an hour. Thanks for offering a great option for folks who might not have the budget for cabs or Uber/Lyft during peak hours.

I couldn't even create an account It says "Get Started" I tap it It asks for a phone number to send a code to & after I put the code in, it says the action can't be completed & to contact customer service but there is NO Customer Service! There's NO one to contact! I thought the app would be easier to use & pay for rides instead of having to call & book a ride that way but after reading all the "out of zone" or "no rides available" comments, this app is trash

I have been told so many times by the drivers that I should call ahead of time and schedule my ride to be sure I get where I'm going on time, so I finally remembered to do that. And when I called to do so the lady said that they don't schedule rides ahead of time. WTH IS THAT ABOUT. THEY REALLY ARE IN NEED OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
