Very disappointing. They told me to save money on there walet to debt solution but once you give money they hold the money amd told it was serves fees or hold money because negotiation are not done

I made the subscription amount, since the plan didn't suit me I cancelled the subscription they told it'll be refunded but it's been a month, have dropped mail also. Amount is still not refunded beware of making the payment.
