Useless app, we used Gilbert's to pay by card as we didn't have cash, but I was unable to upload my card details as apparently there weren't enough drivers working. This led to a lot of stress as we didn't have cash, and we nearly missed our train

I've now tried using this app for 3 trips and it's just dreadful. Unclear, unreliable and frankly unusable. Each time I've had to either confirm or make the booking by phone. A great idea, and possibly may work smoothly for some, but definitely not for me. Finally, I've just received an automated email telling me I need to authorize my credit card by going into the app, but on the app I can find no option to do this. So that make 4 times I've been unable to use this horrible app.
