★★★★★ Anyone can use the app and still benefit from it - whether they own a sensor or not (which I don't). I've been aware of Heart Math's work for a while and I, personally, have benefited from partaking in their meditations and practicing the heart-brain coherence technique. I also like the idea of connecting with others to help uplift and heal the earth and its inhabitants - especially seeing all the dots connecting from all over the world. Thank you, Heart Math, for the work you do! 🩵

★★★★★ I'm giving 5 stars for potential. This app could be so beneficial in many peoples lives. I think an in-app chat should be available. So people can chat from around the globe and organize times to meet. A link to social media accounts to share session achievements and Also grab awareness from others. Everyone can feel the negative effects in the world, we need to start feeling the positive. There is such little awareness on the initiative and the knowledge it possesses.

★★☆☆☆ I'm not going to download an app that requires your location and collects your personal information like your messages and texts and everything you collect weather you share it or not, my texts are none of your business 🤬

★★☆☆☆ Lots of glitzy stuff. It just doesn't seem to deliver anything tangible that makes it worth taking up space on my phone. Conventional meditation is superior.

★★☆☆☆ You are a non-profit organization with the aim to reduce stress and increase well-being!? Then why you don't support other heart rate monitors as well? In that way so many more could profit from this training! Your Bluetooth sensor isn't sold in every country and importing it is unreasonably expensive. Adding support for other sensors would be super easy for your developers!

★★☆☆☆ I was excited to use this app with a heart math sensor. So I bought the sensor. When I got to join any group the sensor button doesn't work, no response at all. When I go to click the tutorials, all players are broken. I was also not able to use the other heart math institute app can't get past screen with no scroll function to sign in. I am really disappointed in this company's digital quality at this point. The only app I can use is the old one, but I bought the sensor with a suspension for the
