I have an insurance policy, but it will not let me create the account via the app because it won't let me put my birthday in so your app sucks

I can log in fine on the Mapfre website to review my Rhode Island policy, but in the app, I get error message "No Massachusetts policies found for this email." I can't get past the login screen.

The app sucks. You can't sign in. I keep getting a red circle of death. Mapfre says it's not their problem

Been trying to get on app to pay bill and a red dot just keeps flashing. Tried to call and instead of letting me pay by phone it sent me a link to the website to pay, and I experienced the same issue.
