Had a recent major claim and used the EZ care service through Alden GMC. Fabulous service from Tara in claims and the body shop was top-notch with Josh & Stephanie at Alden GMC in Fair haven.

It was easy to transfer policy and got about $300.00 in saving. The agent was friendly and professional in putting together my policies. I recommend this company for your auto and house policy.

Been trying to get on app to pay bill and a red dot just keeps flashing. Tried to call and instead of letting me pay by phone it sent me a link to the website to pay, and I experienced the same issue.

What good is an app that's supposed to display your policies when it asks you to add your policy number every time you sign in. What a waste. Are they not collecting enough money from us to make an actual working app??

Not sure what changed, but the app is completely locked out. It just sits there, spinning. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it, and it looked like it was still signed into my account. Trying to "logout", returns an error... Can't use it at all

Ever since this thing has FORCED me to jump through hoops to log in to pay my bill, it has become a tremendous pain in the â$s. The 2f thing is just plain terrible. I gave my password, then I clicked the link in the email AND verified the code in said email... that's enough! I am going to change insurance providers because of this, I kid you not. Buh-bye!
