Description by goodhouse.ai Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
At goodhouse, we recognize you have enough going on without the added stress of managing your home maintenance. Figuring out why the dishwasher smells funky, where you put the batteries for the smoke detector and how to get hold of a plumber for your backed-up sink is a thing of the past when using our services.
By connecting our homeowners with a dedicated Home Manager and an easy-to-use app, our platform provides a hassle-free homeownership experience at your fingertips.
Here is how it works:
-Team of experts: We pair you and your home with a personal home manager and dedicated handyman to take care of all your home management needs. Our services run the gamut, no job is too small or too big for our team to handle. From clearing out your gutters to coordinating that kitchen renovation you’ve had in mind, we do it all. After placing your request, sit back and relax while your home manager coordinates everything with our highly vetted and approved contractors.
-Customized Maintenance: We recognize every house is unique and understanding what your home needs is part of what we do. We also want to make sure you’re understood. Our maintenance plans are custom built so you can add any niche “to-do” items to your routine maintenance visits. No seriously, you can rely on your personal goodhouse handyman to get those annoying tasks you’ve been putting off sorted! You even get to pick whether you want to see us monthly or quarterly.
-Easy to use dashboard: View your schedules and place requests on our centralized app dashboard that also tracks and monitors the status of your home. Whenever you need anything, hop on the chat feature and connect with one of our home experts 24/7. We’re even there if you’re just bored and want to say hi!
Now that you’ve read how awesome we are, download goodhouse today and win back your weekend!
