Fantastic auction site, youd be suprized at what you can find! Pretty much anything (legal)you are looking for, is there, if not wait a few days! My only complaint is that EVERY store uses Fed-Ex and some of the prices are just ridiculous. Fed-Ex "estimates" how much an item weighs. I assume that whoever is entering the items and pictures just hits a predetermined button from Fed-Ex. I did send a message to one store questioning the shipping price and the store adjusted it to a reasonable price.

I've gotten some great things for a good price. One does need to watch the shipping and handling. It can cost more than the item and look carefully. I've made some big mistakes when buying jewelry especially. It feels good to be helping a great cause and good bargains in one. Helps take the sting out of my not wise choices. Lol

Not all it's cracked up to be. First of all the app itself is extremely slow tap a button wait 5 minutes then you get to move on. Also communication between customer and the store is nearly non-existent it's hard to get messages back and forth. Let's talk about how you overcharged for shipping so I guess your pocketing that. Let's also talk about the fact that all your stuff is donated to you but you're charging near retail price for it. This isn't just one particular store I think it's become r

I really want to like this app. And it does makes shopping the site a little easier, but it still lacks many basic app features (push notifications etc) . It feels like the website with a dedicated browser. Ex, I have to click the site icon and then log in everytime. Other aspects feel unfinished as if the app was published in Beta. The "myshopgoodwill" tab buried 3 clicks in should be the default "app" experience with easy to use features.
