User interface definitely needs work. Missing (key - imo) features that would improve engagement levels. Tagging & being able to share links to shows ON platform rather than outwith. Tilt are not encouraging the social aspect of live auctions currently. Tagging your tilt friends who you know would like a product that's being run. As a seller, sending viewers to shows you know they will enjoy, selling similar products rather than choosing from a limited few. These platforms grow with community.

Pros. The community is amazing some of the staff are amazing, there's a strong anti cheat policy in place but mystery bags made at home need ban. Buyers protection cover seems to be great. Cons. The tech department is unable to fix glitches a child of 12 could sort causing massive issues for sellers and buyers. Sellers struggle with lists that don't show users and bad algorithms that place the weakest sellers at the top of the lists. Buyers struggle with the seller not even knowing there.

Used Tilt for first time on 27th January 5 minutes after stream seller cancelled my order I have contacted Tilt support on several occasions each time I have been told different things firstly I'll receive refund in 5 days then another email saying 10 days ive been waiting 15 days and not received a refund. Sellers excuse was printer not printing label out. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

Sellers hate the amount of poor complaints they get from customers regarding TILTS chosen delivery service VRI who they have partnered with. Sellers have no choice but TILT do, and they still do not do anything to give the sellers and buyers what they want, a sufficient and efficient delivery service keeping customers happy and sellers not having to deal with complaints live on air. Go with Whatnot, their chosen delivery service Royal Mail is 100% better than TILT and VRI.
