I have been using it for over 12 years. Very happy. The app is Very fast, predictable and consistent. Although my office internet (where the host pc is) is a very poor DSL, yet the app is amazing. It always has connection problems. Keeps on saying that there's packet loss! Impossible! I asked my co-worker if we are losing internet connection in the office and the response was no. So why does Potomac keep on saying that there's packet loss??? So unreliable!!!

Works sometimes, mainly using the desktop app to connect to our office computer. I and my co-workers have to constantly restart the machines in the office, we'll at lest the IT guys still in the office do. It's not a good app, our IT department is currently looking for an alternative. Working on an iMac, remoting into another iMac.
