Love this app for work. I can access my computer from anywhere.

Not as robust as the desktop version, but does as good a job as it can for a mobile version.
★★★★★Beverly Skinner· Mar 16, 2021
Works very well. Can sign into my office computer from my cell phone. Sometimes that is immensely helpful!
★★★★★Manuel Molina· Sep 2, 2023
Safe connectivity that provides for access and control of my facility whether on site or working remotely. App is a must for anyone who can't be in two places at one time.

It always has connection problems. Keeps on saying that there's packet loss! Impossible! I asked my co-worker if we are losing internet connection in the office and the response was no. So why does Potomac keep on saying that there's packet loss??? So unreliable!!!

Cannot log in. When I put in my user ID it will not let me advance to the password field.
★★☆☆☆Kenny G· Aug 6, 2021
Can't switch app focus without loosing connection, pretty much making it useless on an android phone when using Teams or Zoom. Not viable post 2020.
★☆☆☆☆Heather Torgerson· Jan 22, 2022
Will not let me click on the password to even enter the app

Works sometimes, mainly using the desktop app to connect to our office computer. I and my co-workers have to constantly restart the machines in the office, we'll at lest the IT guys still in the office do. It's not a good app, our IT department is currently looking for an alternative. Working on an iMac, remoting into another iMac.
