Be mindful. This app has been review bombed because individuals fell for scams. This is NOT the fault of the app, this is the fault of the scammers and people not being aware and cautious enough. The app does exactly what it is intended to, and it does it better than any other mobile option I've tried up to this point.

I've been an IT professional for over 20 years. This is a legitimate app! All the 1-star reviews I've read are people that were taken advantage of, I'm sure. But this company IS NOT a scam, they are legitimate and reliable. Please use care with your info and don't blame this company for another's dishonesty.

As a support agent who uses the software at our tech support firm, we use the desktop version. I'm leaving a review on the mobile version to tell people, if you're reading people's negative reviews about the app calling it a scam, they got socially engineered. They're mad. And they're taking it out on a legitimate support app because they don't want to admit they were fooled. If you called a legitimate support center, and they use this, it's legit.
