IT’S EASY
- A Seeit agent starts a web-based session at https://seeit.gotoassist.com/ and then invites you to join.
- Join the agent’s session (Wi-Fi recommended), and then share your camera and microphone to resolve your issue.
- Turn off your camera or mute yourself anytime.
- End the session whenever you like.

Great service!! I use it to help HVAC technicians solve problems-being able to see their pressure gauges and instruments has proven to be invaluable! Having them show me the wiring and being able to snap a picture and annotate the pic on their phone is incredibly helpful. This service has saved me thousands of driving miles this year alone. I no longer have to physically go out and look at it myself-just let me See It!
