Cancel Membership Nightmare - I tried to canel the membership in 2024, still having issues in 2025. The app shows you have to cancel through an email. I have sent 5 emails -- THIS YEAR, and it is still not cancelled. They also do not send out an email that states the membership auto-renewal is coming up. Have yet to receive any kind of response from any of the emails. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. :(Besides that - the app worked ok for me (android).

Grace app keeps stopping (crashing) since the July 8th update, please help. I have sent numerous emails and developer notifications. I typically listen to the scripts several times a day (mornings mostly). I'm very frustrated that it is still not working.
