For those who cannot add/save credit card: I recently had the very same issue when updating card info until I discovered that the malfunction happens only on Wi-Fi, but works with mobile data. Hope this works for you if encountering this bug. Bug aside, the app works as intended. I've been using it for years.

Great app. User-friendly especially because it doesn't have any ads and hopefully won't bring any in the future. The app has great features like saving different vehicles, parking and payment history in case you need it. The only thing that I like and the app is missing is a dark mode. Other than that it does what it supposed to do in very user-friendly manner.

Won't take my card at terminal and app won't work. I just want to pay for my parking it shouldn't be this hard. Account deactivated and refund request sent. Ridiculous and embarrassing.

New app update won't ket me get past the validation screen. Throws error on any valid phone number. Fail.

This app is useless! It doesn't let you save a credit card to your account, leaving you stranded as without a payment option you can start a session. Once you enter your credit card information and click save, it does nothing. No error messages, no notification, nothing. It just leaves you to figure out till you feel defeated since there is nothing you can do to make this stupid app work. The developers of this app should read this and feel ashamed for the shady work they have done.
