Fantastic for mental health even if you don't feel like you need the boost. I love how this app puts absolutely no pressure on you; no adds, subscriptions, cost to buy, or forms. I feel like the developers' purpose in writing this app was to genuinely help people who need it. After a few weeks of using Monteria I am conscious of how I am feeling and know that little changes can really help. If this helps just one person out of a downward spiral, your time was worth it. Great tips and tools to aid in monitoring and controlling your mental health. Probably isn't meant for people with serious issues, although it would still be beneficial. I've just spent 10 minutes a day in the app, and I've noticed a difference

Not user-friendly at all. So difficult to navigate around. But it has decent content just hard to use the app

Broken app, won't go past the opening screen normally, if it does, it does not recognize my login but if I try and rest my password tells me no account, if I try to register, tells me email already exists.

The same issue as many others - can't set up account keeps rejecting password. Took the time to email Monteria until they realized they didn't have solution, so they ignored me. A mental wellbeing app that drives you mental with bugs. Gotta love the irony
