I wish they had more guided meditations, a bit disappointed that there are none for deepening spirituality, but by far the most diverse free app I've found. I use it every night for healing and have never felt better, and although I don't do the sleep meditations I have never slept better. Night terrors are gone. I had them every night since early childhood now at the worst I have one nightmare every few months, and it's nothing compared to the terrors.

I used to love this app and have reinstalled as I'm having trouble sleeping again. This time tho it's actually made me last 2 nights sleep worse than it won't stop playing after the chosen meditation. For some reason it is continuing through the entire list, and I'm having to wake up to turn it off and in order to do that I actually have to turn my phone on properly, go into the app, find which one is actually playing and then turn it off. Repeat is off and there are no other settings to change.

This WAS my favorite sleep App until the latest update. Now I have ads playing in the middle of my meditation. Not 1 ad but 5 ads during 1 15 min meditation. Fix this please!

The older versions were better cos it had much better variety of guided meditations. Can't they bring those back??

Why does "guided meditation" always mean talk every minute or two?? I just want the general concept given then silence for the remainder. I was trying to meditate, and the voice said, "if you can reach this state for even 5 minutes every day...." but then she interrupted my concentration with meaningless blather every 1 1/2 minutes. It became predictable and very irritating. Somebody makes a meditation app where I can actually have space to meditate please.
