The app needs some work it doesn't give you an option to change your next scheduled trip or an option to add a stop. I was out doing doctor's appointments and dental I had 3 appointments 2 close together, so I didn't need a ride, but I rode over to my 1st appt then went from my other appt to the dentist, and it was a scheduled appt it and add in, so I had to cancel the one I had and make the new one but if there would have been an option to add a stop or to change destination I wouldn't have had to 2

I rely on the gctd to get back and forth to work. I'm really worried that this new system isn't going to be as reliable as the fixed route system. As of today I know I can get on the bus at 630am and be at my destination by 715am, give or take a few minutes. But with the new system how long am I going to have to wait for a bus or whatever vehicle to show up. I really hope this works out.

The gctd app won't let me book. It's only giving me leave now when I put the time and date. Enter on this page says no rides available. The only object is leave now. There no leave at or arrive by. Also, buses have been getting late to pick us up. Workers are respectful it's just mew system on app. Please get it fix soon this only transportation to work and back home, also taking my client to stores

Almost never has rides available anymore. Needing to book 48 hours in advance is also bogus

Have tried 100 different ways and backwards to book a micro-transit trip. GCTD advice is to "try to book 48 hrs in advance" and change "leave by" to "arrive by" times. Never works. Customer service is less than helpful.

Just missed the only ride I could get in time for work because the text alerting me of my ride about to arrive just never got sent, unlike every other time I've gotten the bus.

GCTD Ride the Wave rider app allows you a one tap booking process, allow riders to plan, book, and pay for rides. Riders will always receive vehicle location and trip updates. As these notifications are offered in real-time, riders are empowered with everything they need to know about their trip request. Riders departing the vehicle can be prompted to review their ride based on the experience of the trip so that a feedback loop is continuous for the service, its riders, and drivers.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
