I got hammer active 2.0 plus smartwatch today. I didn't like the refit app for smartwatch connectivity. So as alternative I have tried this app. But failed to connect to this hammer smartwatch. Surprisingly I was able to connect to my AQfit w9 smartwatch with one click. Seems funny to me.

Health Connect permissions show Hammer Fit can write only Steps. Sleep data is visible in Hammer Fit but never reaches Health Connect or Fitelo. Is full Health Connect support available ? I didn't know about you, got your watch from fitelo support and downloaded your app. I'd ask fitelo management why they're promoting you. I would like to tell all the customers of FIT ELO that never buy hammer watch.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hammer. I placed an order and was told it was out for delivery multiple times, yet the delivery never actually happened. Each time, I waited the whole day without any calls or updates from the delivery team. Even after following up and being assured it would be delivered, the same issue repeated — just empty status updates with no real action. It’s frustrating to rely on a service that doesn’t follow through, especially when time and trust are involved.
