One star because at least they don't have ads in the app, however the app no longer functions since the last update on 3/22. Just goes to a black screen instead of the login when opening. Cannot log in or access anything via the app. Forced into using browser site instead. Update on 3/30: It took a week, but the app is functional again. All in all it's simple enough to use a that's about all one can ask for other than quicker fixes to major app breaking issues.

Saw a review from JUNE 2022 with the exact same issue so clearly nothing has been done about it as here it is JANUARY 2023 and when I try to make a payment on the app, the "confirm" button is nowhere to be found. Not to mention the fact that we aren't able to make extra payments or pay more than minimum amount. Get your act together, Devs. And no, I'm NOT calling anyone. That's the whole point of having an app, so I don't have to talk to people!!
