I travelled from Hazira to Ghogha via the RoRo ferry (DG Sea Connection), and it was one of my best travel experiences. The journey cost ₹500, which was cheaper than road travel. The sunset view, peaceful environment, food quality, cleanliness, and staff service were all excellent. My overall experience is 10/10. I would like to suggest adding security checks, bag screening, and locker facilities, as there was no checking and tobacco use was observed. These steps would improve passenger safety.

Poor, no first-aid, even in business class, washrooms are not in working. No one receiving help desk number. Food is okay. Its batter to travel by train.
