Good app with all the basic features included, for easy use. The only big issue is that the transfer time to accounts other than Hello Bank are very high (2-3 days)

Works ok, needs some qol features like adding cards from other banks, membership cards and crypto etc. Since there aren't that many physical stores some more control over our settings in the app would be appreciated.

Spotless UI and great UX! There's only one thing that would make the app so much better - that is to let it connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable. I use my uni-adapter for a great amount of time and the error I get when trying to log in is 'No internet connection. Your internet connection appears to be off-line'. This addition would be great 🙏

No way to allow screenshots, no way to copy any of the info on screen... Update: and now it seems my app just reset (as if I never had an account on it...) Update 2: just got even weirder... Updating the app resurfaced my account 🤷♂️

Whoever develops this app SERIOUSLY needs to review the Android App Lifecycles, specifically the part about restoring state, and *not* restoring it. I have had so many payments break because the app just throws me a "your session has expired" modal after I tap a bancontact link, it's infuriating. If the app has been in the background for hours, and It gets raised for a bancontact intent, I don't care that my session has expired, and I sure as hecc don't want it to cancel the intent!

Would be nice if the service sold to me would actually inspire confidence and reliability. It happens more than often, try making a simple transfer from my savings account to my main; "Due to a technical problem this service is temporarily available." Thx, much appreciated so helpful wow, who needs their money anyway? Thanks for the professionalism.

I have applied for account at Hello Bank and told that I do not sign or my wife I'd expired that is still available till month of 7. After need to be replaced. I have sent 2 times the apply form and I are still waiting, so this is since 17 of this month. Nothing have changed. My friend applying and didn't sign and received the card the account so on. And I send 2x the form. Bad answer I was also at BNP Paribas, and they say is going to fix. Is not fixed yet :(and for sure I lost the premium.

Promising, you can select multiple languages, and it seems it's properly translated. Then you receive your card, try to log in, and an error. You call the support, "english operators are occupied" so you must choose a French or Dutch one (neither German) finally you receive an extra instruction to activate the card: that's an automata over a number which is only available in French. I fear if to open an acc is that complicated, doing actual banking would be even worse. At least a great start.
