App does not respect my Opt-Out option for marketing notifications. I'm made to use hi Life by my condo mgmt, but do not appreciate the unsolicited spam notifications. Please stop!

This is a booking app for facilities and not an ads page. I was trying to book a bbq pit and was met with bbq pit A1 A2 B1 B2 ... there was no description, picture or map location show where the pits where located. The bbq pits has different types. Some with only 1 burner some with 2. How would ppl know which is which... plus the in-app feedback button is also not working (yet). Atreasurestrove. Yes there is a site map. However the map doesn't show the bbq number or its actual location.

This app is not well written. Call often hung or failed to connect. Does not have mute function. Force nonstop ringtone. Their notification is not based on time sorting. Message are all randomly place with no observable sorting method.

Nothing smart about this app at all. It's not responsive unless the app has been updated to the latest version. And it couldn't be updated even when I wanted to.
