★★☆☆☆ Garbage product garbage customer service can't get ahold of anybody nothing charges probably nothing connects properly I can't sign into my original account I own every product this company makes, and it's never worked properly stay away. This app will not work with hi mirror mini. There is no app for hi mirror mini.

★★☆☆☆ Wouldn't let me register my mirror also doesn't have the option for the hi mini beta mirror.....

★★☆☆☆ I just received my Hi Mirror Plus today. I was so excited to use it as I am a Beauty and Skincare Reviewer on YouTube. I use mostly Korean products and when adding products to my beauty box, no brand name shows up. NEITHER do the pictures when I manually take them! It would be most helpful if we could input the brand name, features and other info ourselves. That way, we can at least read which product it is instead of not knowing which is which. I added "notes" on multiple products, so I could at least read what product it is, but the notes can not be found anywhere. I decided to try my iPad (my phone is Android) and a two of the 15 product pictures showed up, and I noticed that my Android evidently hasn't been showing me ANY of my skin analysis data. Great. And now the app continuously crashes on my iPad...as soon as I click on anything now, it tells me that it stopped working. I restarted my device. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no luck. How can I figure out which products to use or track if I can't figure out which product is which? Also spent 2 hours reviewing products on the app, and after I clicked on "Send Review" I went to check all of my reviews in the "My Reviews" section and THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THERE. Tried to use Spotify... NOPE. It refuses to go past the log in screen. For the love of God and all that is holy, PLEASE fix these things, so I can enjoy my Hi Mirror Plus. It's not a cheap product, and I'd like to use it as it was intended.
