Don't buy this useless valueless Hitachi air conditioner. Chennai vandalur branch of these people came to set right the cooling issue of my issue. It is now the second month. They could have not yet set right the issue. One mechanic bastard collected from me as an advance of mother board ??? Of ac. Still neither the board came nor the ac issue solved. These buggers cheat indian customers. Don't buy Hitachi ac. BASTARDS......

Strong dissatisfaction I raised a complaint via email about overcharging during installation nearly four months ago, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response from Hitachi. Recently, I booked a service request through the Hitachi Customer Care app, which was later cancelled. However, a person claiming to be a Hitachi employee, charged ₹500 without performing any service, and refused to provide a bill or invoice. I am unsure whether he was an authorized technician.
