don't buy ac from hitachi. Extremely unprofessional technician, installation and after sales service is zero and no one is listening to the complaint.

WARNING: Don't buy Hitachi AC. You will suffer for service when your AC will stop working within a year itself. I wish I had read the comments before buying! Calling, escalating, following up is of no use. Even this app is not working. I don't want other consumers to suffer so will create a campaign against hitachi and will run for a whole year for user awareness so that they can save money and won't suffer. Buy Samsung or LG instead. Don't think you will not suffer if you buy!

Ac gas was leaking I raised a complaint on the app. Technicians came but never fixed it and closed the job card without my intimation. Now the ac is not cooling at all. What is the use of this app?
