Upgraded my old system with Enforcer 10. Had difficulty connecting to cloud at first. Done diagnostic all seems working fine so its not a hardware issue and not isp. Read some forum and suggested to power cycle the panel. Followed the suggestion and seems it work better now. Should be 5 stars but their cloud is the let down. Their cloud service seems not ready yet and not fast enough to accommodate their customer. Apart from that its a brilliant system and very flexible.

Android app has now been updated with improved alarm activation notifications. Good app, just need to keep on top of bug fixes as it keeps saying no internet connection when app is opened for a second time. Pyronix alarms are excellent and cant recommend enough.

This app stopped giving notifications to me on android and also to my wife on iphone. Our installer told us to delete and reinstall. Both done that - still no notifications. Wife has gone on to install Homecontrol 2.0, but still no notifications. Little support from our alarm guy. Consulted support on website. No manuals or guides available for Homecontrol+ software - only hardware as far as I could see. 'End User FAQs' has guidance - problem usually due to settings on phone. Dont think so!.

Just had a pyronix alarm fitted just to find out you have to pay a yearly subscription for this app after the 1st year. Absolutely disgusting. The company that should be protecting you are the ones stealing from you. I regret getting this alarm installed now. I do. Not recommend

Unable to connect to the app, pay subscription and unable to log on, disappointed Error message "System is not polling" what is the point in paying for a service where when you alarm is triggered you are not alerted due to system fault
