I had poor service for an end of tenancy clean and was unable to get a response from the home run team for assistance. I would avoid. I have tried to contact home run multiple times on the email suggested in the response to this review already and no response

Yep, definitely a scam app. You create an account, but you can never delete it because they request a code that hey never send. Avoid it with any cost

Unable to modify ratings if you are no longer satisfied with the job done within guarantee period, no bill, no receipt for the paid service. Perfect conditions for tax avoidance.
