Pathetic service. No one cleans up good even though the app says the vendor cleaned it. And it's been almost 2 weeks no one is cleaning the vehicle. When I cancelled the subscription, they won't refund you the amount, they will keep the amount in the honc pocket. PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING. The customer service will pick up calls initially when you sign up, but later they won't bother to even give a call back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Honc. They abruptly discontinued their daily car and bike cleaning service without any prior notification. Not only was the service discontinued, but I also had ₹2500 remaining in my Honc wallet. I contacted their customer service repeatedly to request a refund, but they offered nothing but excuses and delays. After two months of frustrating interactions and broken promises, I finally gave up. I strongly advise against using Honc.
