App is easy to use. My first order had an unexpected glitch, and the owner immediately contacted me to apologize, address it, and offer a credit... superior customer service!

They were not able to get my order to the restaurant we ordered at through their service. When showing up to the restaurant, they said they have had many issues getting Hopper Maui to fix their system and get orders in. When I called their customer service, the agent had us on speakerphone, and I could hear someone in the background boasting about getting out of a drunk driving ticket and how he was clearly drunk. I will never be using their services again.
