Took forever to set up...paid $14.99 for three months before it was online ready to use, once setup ....smooth sailing no problems. I checked out all the features, easy with no problems. Got off-line .was easier getting back online with no problems.... I'm pleased since I got it up and running with what...no problems. I first used my phone, then told use my tablet and then told to use my laptop! Only to use my phone cause laptop wouldn't work...BUT NOW SMOOTH .NO PROBLEMS! MINUS A ⭐ THX

Any other app will print just fine to this printer except for the actual HP app which will insist that it's not connected. Even though the printer self test indicates that it is connected with excellent signal strength.

They sent me a printer that was broken and could not get it connected at all to my computer to this day still doesn't work leaks ink.

Terrible app. Never actually works to print anything. A basic PDF. The hp envy printer is terrible. If put as much effort into trying to sell you a cartridge subscription as they did into their apps and printers they might actually get somewhere. The help through the app is abysmal as well. People want a printer that just none of the other nonsense a simple message to say what the issue rather than just nothing. Will never buy another hp product again
