I was having issues with onboarding the fan with the previous version of the app, but the new version improved the onboarding process significantly. Kudos to the development team listening to customer pain points and improving the experience.

I like the fan, The app is getting better, I just seem to run into the Wi-Fi synchronization issues. If you power it on and off from the wall switch, it almost reset every time which is super annoying. But other than that it's a good fan and light.

Been using the app for years. It was never great, but now it's just broken. 1. The app won't connect with Google Home anymore. Trying to reset the connection gives "Could not reach Simple Connect. Please try again." 2. Going to device information on the fan leads to an infinite spinner 3. When I try to submit a help ticket, the submit button can never be enabled. There is no error shown in the form.

Defeats the purpose of buying smart fans if the devices randomly go offline. The app is linked but doesn't communicate with alexa or Google home. I can still control them by the hunter app.
