I reloaded my sim using my bank card.I reloaded for Rs.500 . instead they reloaded my sim Rs.500 twice (Rs.1000)

I recharged Rs.150 for activate Rs.147 package but when I try to activate that package app said my account balance isn't enough. And in this app it showed my account has only Rs.145 so i get a Rs.10 loan and activate that package. But after i activate that package app showed my account has Rs.11 balance???
