BSNL Self care app is good to use. It has a good user interface, and I have recharged also through this app which is safe & secure, but still there are some issues like sometimes it asks to log in my phone number again if I already have done ; a few of the features are useless ; Hello tunes should be added in this app. Kindly fix the problems and add some good features.

Plz Network coverage improvement in mumbai circle. 90% Area no mtnl network Area. At least Expect 2G. For calling. Mumbai, thane Metro city. Upto 2025. Jul 2026 BSNL Mumbai 4G sim available. Access Vi4G / Fishnet 4G. But No stable network. Many times switching and show Emergency call/ No service

Worst app customer service ever!!! 😡 They won't allow you to file more than one ftth complaint and won't close you complained ticket so that you cannot file further complaint in the future. Always there ftth fiber service is either in LOS or no network service.

Your department is emphasizing on making recovery and recharge and not on providing proper and efficient services to the satisfaction of customers. I regret that I got recharge of my prepaid SIM on annual basis. And I don't get any call despite complaint by my friends that they tried to call me. Very poor service and very poor network. Even my landline with fiber connection does not give proper and efficient service to my satisfaction. I request to disconnect my landline.
