At the place of mahabubnagar Marlu there is signal is good but internet always buffering tell now I was called to customer service but no-one can take action I call to customer service, and I was waiting 25 minutes nobody can answer my phone so I am telling one of the worst customer service are fully trying to destroy BSNL without using data time is finished worst ever. Bsnl 4g sim is west and worst app also. Bsnl recharge is expired the 4g network is not connecting when not connecting the 4g my mobile charging is drained very fastly and when I recharged that sim it's connected 4g then my mobile is overheating

Bsnl app developers plz understand my problem it's very confusing to choose the recharge plans Because in categories of plans For example data pack category, has only data pack plans only But it has unlimited+data plans also plz don't merge other category plans into other one, it's very, very confusing Plz give clear and easy to understand like 1gb, 2gb, 3gb plans like that category, also put clear category like gp2 plans, message packs, like that plz set, at least put filters to plans
