Simple, easy, lets you set your own custom fasting time for free unlike another fasting app, would give it 5 stars, but it's a little too simple, would be nice if it had a few more features like weight tracking, total time fasting tracking and if you could add comments to the day like how easy or difficult it was that would be helpful. But otherwise it's the best app I've found to just notify me of my fasting times, so I don't forget

This a very simple app to use. I like it better than others IF app I used before, because it notifies me when my fast is done or start. I would like to see a change in the notification, to have sound like an alarm. Other than that, I like it a lot.

Bs alot potential, but it needs a little bit of attention. The app is simple which is GREAT. I want to start anytime in my fast, don't want to go settings and set things up all over again. I want to stop my fast, it needs a stop button. Overall, this app can be improve alot, and it can be the best simple app out there in this play store.
