★★★★★ Simple, easy, lets you set your own custom fasting time for free unlike another fasting app, would give it 5 stars, but it's a little too simple, would be nice if it had a few more features like weight tracking, total time fasting tracking and if you could add comments to the day like how easy or difficult it was that would be helpful. But otherwise it's the best app I've found to just notify me of my fasting times, so I don't forget

★★★★★ This a very simple app to use. I like it better than others IF app I used before, because it notifies me when my fast is done or start. I would like to see a change in the notification, to have sound like an alarm. Other than that, I like it a lot.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work. As in, you set your fasting times, then nothing happens. Nothing at all. Needs work.

★★☆☆☆ Bs alot potential, but it needs a little bit of attention. The app is simple which is GREAT. I want to start anytime in my fast, don't want to go settings and set things up all over again. I want to stop my fast, it needs a stop button. Overall, this app can be improve alot, and it can be the best simple app out there in this play store.

IFtracker is a very simple tool to make intermittent fasting easier.

Features:

- notification at fast beginning/end
- timer that shows how much time is left till fast / eating window end

You can set days and hours of your fast in settings.

IFtracker is completely free. All features are available straight away after download - no extra payments necessary.

What is Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent fasting is a dieting pattern in which you restrict yourself to eat only in a scheduled eating window.
By splitting your day into a period of fasting and a period when eating is allowed, the idea is that you will naturally reduce your caloric intake on a day-to-day basis since you’re limited to eat only during small windows.
For example, using most popular method 16/8 could look like this:
8pm - 12pm Fast
12pm - 8pm Eating Window
