I can't login in this app . Customer I'd given by the bank and password is send by post. When you try to login its says invalid ID and password. I need my bank statement. its not possible to every day go to bank for each and every problem. I ask them for opening my Internet banking. After getting my password I can't able to open my account. Now they are again calling me to the office.

Corporate ID, Customer ID, theme, log in password and transaction password, in addition to OTP. Whoa...simply use MPIN and Fingerprint scanning instead. What's the need to have OTP for net banking (OTP is recd on regd mob no. and not accessible when travelling abroad). Pls provide a simplified & user friendly app with only biometric security.
