Great when it works. This app is fast & easy to use, but it does suffer from glitches that require you to delete the app & reinstall it again but once it's up & running its fast and easy to use.

It doesn't work properly in Wi-Fi connection, also blocks security VPN. After the recent update all my payee list (fund transfer option) got disappeared, it's chaotic. This app seems to be helpless to meet customer needs.

Hi, When you upgrade iMobile UK app to iMobile Global app, you expect to have all the payee, Direct debit, Standing Order and Favorites to remain same setup and active. But, as usual, it's a same old story with ever ICICI Bank, I don't see any of them remain in the all new revamped Global app. I'm afraid, it is forcing me to continue to use 'iMobile UK' app until your copy over all the features and set up from its predecessor app.

Update: This issues is now fixed the teamviewer / anydesk issue. However, when they request I enter a unique code they email or text me i don't get anything. I have tried this on a number of occasions. I have checked my contact details and they are correct. Won't open unless I uninstall teamviewer and anydesk. 2 apps that I genuinely use for work. How can they force you 2 uninstall 2 apps to get their app to work. The old app allowed you to bypass this pop up warning screen.

This app is worse upgrade by ICICI When I select fund transfer and click on payee name screen just go blank and nothing happening. Old version iMobileUK features are much better to do online tasks Please do not switch this app off until all teething problems are sorted for this new app
