iMobile app doesn't show my existing CITIBANK UK Debit Card details. I have to resort to iMobileUK app to check/change Debit Card No/Pin etc. What will happen we are unable to use iMobileUK app!

I have an icici UK account. The moment I downloaded the new app, all my beneficiaries that I send money to in India just disappeared. The app was asking me to set all my payees again. The last time I set up the beneficiaries a few years ago, it took me 2 working days each to set up. And I'm not doing that again. I called the customer service, and they have registered a service request, which will take one working day to get back to me. Which is most inconvenient. Not happy about this.

This app is worse upgrade by ICICI When I select fund transfer and click on payee name screen just go blank and nothing happening. Old version iMobileUK features are much better to do online tasks Please do not switch this app off until all teething problems are sorted for this new app

Update: This issues is now fixed the teamviewer / anydesk issue. However, when they request I enter a unique code they email or text me i don't get anything. I have tried this on a number of occasions. I have checked my contact details and they are correct. Won't open unless I uninstall teamviewer and anydesk. 2 apps that I genuinely use for work. How can they force you 2 uninstall 2 apps to get their app to work. The old app allowed you to bypass this pop up warning screen.
