Just got my Indra charger installed today and only issue I having with this app is the layout in my Pixel 7 Pro isn't perfect. Like the buttons text is cut off and on history tab the formatting is a bit jacked. Apart from that App seems to function just fine, so not sure why everyone else is having a bad time with it. Nice work so far INDRA on the App, get the text formatti g issue sorted, and you'll have 5 stars from me!

Until the recent forced switch over to the dedicated app from a Web app the service provided by Indra was OK. However, for some inexplicable reason they have removed certain functionalities from this new app that were previously available via the Web app. One of the sole reasons we chose Indra for our home charger was the ability to download CSV files. My husband's ev is a fully expensed vehicle, and we have to provide evidence of the energy used to charge it. Now we can't. Incredibly unimpressed

Utterly useless, connection constantly fails which prevents scheduled charging and boost charging. Customer Service is only available Monday to Friday so if your charger unit breaks on the weekend you are completely stuck. Truly appalling and no software resilience. Had the charger 2 weeks, 11 router resets and 6 RCD resets, and it still doesn't work consistently or reliably.

Chargers been out for weeks can't get in touch with anyone phone is on hold for hours and email gets you in a loop with AI agents asking for the same stuff, swear to Christ if I have another email saying 'thanks for reaching out please tell us your postcode, charger Mac address and brief description of your issues...' for the 12th time... just put me in touch with an engineer?!
