Great, patient support. Setting up service and especially porting a number can be challenging, but worked out fairly quickly. Service has generally been fine overall. Here's hoping that the app gets out of Beta soon.

Ordered 27 days ago as it's so cheap. Welp you get what you paid for... STILL do NOT have service. Selected eSim which my S22 galaxy is compatible. Despite registering the Infi network, it never assigns my number. After three attempts I asked for a physical SIM and their "customer service" ignored it and kept asking me to try another QR. After my FIFTH time demanding, they finally sent it NON-priority 5 days ago. Insult to injury: Infi uses date of purchase NOT activation for billing. STAY AWAY!

Decent coverage, but a horrible app and trash customer service. Don't upload money to the Info Mobile wallet. Those funds can't be used to buy more data. Also, my plan is "unlimited," but only for the 1st 15 gigs... which I don't think they actually give.

I've been a customer for a year trying to pay my new year I have tried over 30 times within a week contacting my bank their customer service their app the Google website and emailing me to make payment all keeps getting rejected. Their customer service has gotten worse they don't check with their bank they use checked with my bank there are no problems even my bank gave me a third card it gets rejected. This is an immobile problem, and then you can lose your phone number. Not good
