I am trying to set up a video visit I get it all the way to page 5 then it takes me back to page one with no explanation I've already sent my license in I've had this app before I communicate with two persons and five jails without a problem, so I would like to know what the situation is now that you have a copy of my license.

It's working just fine. Something happened. I am not saying it came from an inmate sale. I'm saying if there are any negatives. Activity is not me doing it. I can't talk to my girlfriend now. Google said my phone has been compromised . Virus up. So any negative. Hasn't come from me. All week it's been doing this. Early today Google got ahold of me telling me the phone has been compromised. I guess they fixed it. But I'm not quite sure.

This app is good for one thing taking your money! The only thing I've been able to work on is the chirp or text messaging. Have scheduled video chats haven't happened I put money on the phone can't get phone calls. Try support it's not a good luck with that. Ready to call and get a refund on all my moneys. Go the old-fashioned way to start writing letters.

I have had only one successful video visit since using this app for almost 1 year now. Every time I schedule a visit, and it's time to start, it says inmate is offline, and I have to refresh it constantly, and it still does not work. I have added funds on there, and I can't even get refunded for what I cannot use. It is very discouraging and very disheartening as it is difficult enough to not be able to keep in touch with your loved ones not to mention extremely expensive. Please FIX immediately!!!

So bad the visits always get cut off and he who's inside jail can't hear me all the time, and I've never asked for my money back or another visit, but this is it I took pictures and proved they need to pay me back or add more time for a visit I'm sad I miss so bad crashes all the time they can't hear each other while in progress it skipped its slow drops us connection failure application errors all the time
