★★★★★ Can connect with family and friends while at home. If you can't make it to the facilities we're person being held this app is the best way to connect with them, I'm 💯% satisfied with the app!!!

★★★★★ My son is currently incarcerated. There are many apps that you have to deal with to be able to stay involved with different areas/issues that need to be addressed while he is incarcerated. This particular app makes it very easy for us to be able to have scheduled video visits, without a bunch of confusion.

★★★★★ Overall good except when it kept freezing up. Not to mention it says 30 minutes, but you only get 20 minutes which is fine, just being able to see my husband is blessing enough for me. Thank you

★★☆☆☆ I have paid nearly $400 this week to see my lived one. And the visit money, phone, chirp it's all separate money that you must pay to use. The visit has only 20 min and after logging in it immediately logs me back out where I must enter my username and pw again each time only to be disconnected over and see her for 5 seconds and over again. It's do frustrate that I couldn't believe they are ripping us off this way and getting away with it. I'm writing a letter and ask my money back.

★★☆☆☆ Takes my money at least 1 a month. I pay for 30 mins of video visit nd only get 25mins. Sometimes I order inmate chirps, and they charge me like I bought 2 packages.... Freaking makes things so much harder way expensive for myself
