It would have been 5 stars the only thing is it all of a sudden quit having sound on mine and my husbands video visits when I screen record, and we like to save our visits for later and edit and things we can still here one another and talk but when I screen record theirs no sound at all

My son is currently incarcerated. There are many apps that you have to deal with to be able to stay involved with different areas/issues that need to be addressed while he is incarcerated. This particular app makes it very easy for us to be able to have scheduled video visits, without a bunch of confusion.

It's the worst!!!! My kids' dad hasn't been able to chirp their dad I have called several times they are un helpful and won't refund the money or change the chirp out they said to change out the chirp for a different one it would cost $200 I say the jails need to go with a different company!!!!!!! So bad I don't even give them one star!!!! But u have to just to leave the review!!!!

Constantly disconnects calls, freezes, and every time that happens it takes one minute from your visit. So if you're on a call and get kicked off 20 times, guess what...20 minutes you paid for is gone. And it's not cheap. This app is a money grabbing waste of time.

I can't get past the login screen it just says user not found before I even put in my login info. I can get in the other app just fine.

Better to use the website. And even that sucks. On the app all I got was an ue screen with a bunch of lines on it. Nothing else. I thought the website was bad, but this app is even worse.
