App seemed to work fine it's confusing at first because it tells you nothing but once you get a visit it's pretty simple to understand, customer service helps alot actually, but somehow my visits got canceled for two separate days because time slots were already full yet why did they show available two days ahead of time get approved then denied for something like this, but I don't think it's the app of this comp I think it's the jail/prison if they gave directions I would have give a 5

It's working just fine. Something happened. I am not saying it came from an inmate sale. I'm saying if there are any negatives. Activity is not me doing it. I can't talk to my girlfriend now. Google said my phone has been compromised . Virus up. So any negative. Hasn't come from me. All week it's been doing this. Early today Google got ahold of me telling me the phone has been compromised. I guess they fixed it. But I'm not quite sure.

I am trying to set up a video visit I get it all the way to page 5 then it takes me back to page one with no explanation I've already sent my license in I've had this app before I communicate with two persons and five jails without a problem, so I would like to know what the situation is now that you have a copy of my license.

Talking to my husband has been experience and I half I never got refunded for the video calls when you had the Nationwide issue where you cant hear the inmates I can almost guarantee you if you weren't the only one really that has a contract with the jail system no one would use you your customer service is fine put the products you offer are not at all what is said good luck getting a tablet for an inmate

My name was misspelled on INMATE SALES, and it carried over to INMATE SALES VIEW app, and now I've been on the phone for 40 minutes waiting to speak to customer service hoping they can change my name to the correct spelling on their end???? Furthermore, due to that error I was denied a visit saying my name on the and identification card don't match, anyone has similar problem?
