It's working just fine. Something happened. I am not saying it came from an inmate sale. I'm saying if there are any negatives. Activity is not me doing it. I can't talk to my girlfriend now. Google said my phone has been compromised . Virus up. So any negative. Hasn't come from me. All week it's been doing this. Early today Google got ahold of me telling me the phone has been compromised. I guess they fixed it. But I'm not quite sure.

I am trying to set up a video visit I get it all the way to page 5 then it takes me back to page one with no explanation I've already sent my license in I've had this app before I communicate with two persons and five jails without a problem, so I would like to know what the situation is now that you have a copy of my license.

This app is horrible. U have to buy everything separately (visit money, email money, text/chirp money, phone money, ect.) with separate fees wich are like 5 dollars or more for just the fee each. I tried for hours to visit remotely from my phone and my laptop neither worked. There's a help button that literally doesn't have any options except a message saying "make sure u have internet connection" wich I do. I've tried on two separate phones and on two different internet connections with no luc

It doesn't show anything. I have Only been able to schedule 1 video with my son, but it wasn't through this app. Now that I have to have the app it doesn't show anything but my sons name I can't get it does schedule the video visit.

Too expensive and video visit doesn't even work on my phone or my Chromebook and I can't get my money back either why don't facilities use cidnet it's alot better
