I had a very comfortable and relaxing journey in the bus. The seats were clean and spacious. The ride was smooth with minimal disturbance. The staff were polite and helpful, making the overall travel experience pleasant and satisfying.

Pathetic bus service. They damaged my luggage. They overbook cargo and don't have space for passengers luggage Despite everything they damaged my luggage. And the customer support is pathetic, they don't respond at all. Don't ever book this bus. Mr Nagraj is the customer support executive, who is extremely rude and not at all helpful.

I usually chose Intercity Travels despite their frequent delays—often arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today (21/06/2025), I boarded the bus near Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad. The bus waited for us for 10 minutes, which was not a major issue, but the driver’s behavior was completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude and used inappropriate language. When I raised my concern, he told me not to book this bus again.

Worst bus service. They stopped min 10 times and onboarded extra passengers who were drunk. No safety in Intercity Samrt Bus nowadays.

Booked by mistake instead of booking in intercity smart bus. Rating in redbus is showing as 4.7 which is fake. Worst cancellation policy. Pathetic customer service
