Does what it says on the tin. Doesn't control all the functions on our Panasonic unit & the date setting functions are slightly confusing but, otherwise, it does what I ask it to. Superior to Panasonic's own Comfort Cloud app which, unfortunately, my new heat pump uses

Once connected it is very good. I fitted a 3 wire unit to a Fujitsu A/C today, and I would like to suggest the following improvements. 1. QR code or bar code for the device code and scanning capability in the app – this would avoid having to type in the code and making a mistake between 0 and O, S and 5 etc. 2. ONE document that describes the whole procedure – how to register as user, how to connect the wires, how to add a device and get it to connect to the local Wi-Fi.

Was working great until the last update of either the app or my device. Now no longer works. Hopefully the developer does an update soon to fix it. Tried uninstalling etc. but no luck. Update - contacted their support team, who were very helpful and within a week an update was issued to fix the issue ✔️

I had no issues to start with but when I added more Wi-Fi controllers then alexa and the intesishome app wouldn't link. Some remote control options aren't available in the app such as independent swing/adjustment of louvers on cassettes. The first gen adaptor only supports 802.11b, I'm using first and 2nd gen adaptors. My HVAC system is Toshiba mini-SMMS-e VRF with wall mount and cassettes.

For some reason Intesis no longer shows as a Wi-Fi option. I'm met with this every time I try to re-add my system & can't get past it : "You are not connected to the device, please go to configuration -> Wi-Fi Settings and connect to the "INTESISHOMExxxxxxx" or "DEVICExxxxxx" network.

Despite using the app to set timers for the air con to turn on and off, the air con unit doesn't turn on or off at the designated time. I have a very strong Wi-Fi signal, so this isn't the reason. Not really good enough.

Useless app. 9/10 it's not connected to the Wi-Fi. If your aircon can turn zones on and off this app is even more useless. You can turn the aircon on/off, change the fan speed and change to heating or calling. Even more useless if the zone you want on isn't on, and you're not home to change the settings. So glad we paid extra for this fantastic device. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
