App is rubbish, never works at all. Much better success with the online portal on the insnrg website. A slight inconvenience, but at least it works.

Very poor app. When it works it's ok at best and can turn on / off filter, pump, lights manually or on a timer. However, the app regularly doesn't connect or loses configured settings. It's not a Wi-Fi issue as the Wi-Fi strength next to the insnrg portal is over 90%. The insnrg hardware is ok, but the app is rubbish.

Absolutely terrible. 1 star is too much of a rating! Never connects and if it does, it take forever. Only good for turning the pool lights on & off.
