Absolutely love our Pentane equipment and Intellicenter app. Very easy to use interface, gets updates regularly, so it's always improving. Customer support has always been great too - they remotely connected to my system and helped me with my scheduling. Highly recommended!

It was crashing all the time, but I decided to look further into the problem and the issue was with the wireless module. The app was crashing as it was timing out when it was losing network connectivity. I believe something beneficial would be to alert the user of the crash due to network problems. Instead, the app just suddenly crashes and closes on you. I connected the panel directly to my home switched and bypass the wireless module.

Possibly the buggiest App I've used. Local Systems simply doesn't work. App doesn't recognize my System. Auto Connect doesn't work, I have to Log in to App every time (since it Auto logs you off after 60 sec). Once in, I have to Connect to Remote Systems (every time). Once in, it's easy to use and intuitive. But, still buggy. If I set a temp for Spa, it thinks I'm done and logs me out. If I want to turn on lights, have to go through Login process again. Turn on bubbles/fountain, log back in. Why??

Wow. I just spent a fortune on a new top of the line pentane control panel. I have all the latest firmware and the latest software and the latest apps. I've been a software developer for 30 years. This stuff is junk. For starters, it mixes up the pool alias and owner names, and I have to keep changing them to fix it. The app does not respond to basic commands like heat temp settings, light on off, are finicky and only work half the time. I have been sending trouble reports twice a week for a month

"Request Timed Out Error, Please check..." Non-stop error messages from this app, constantly have to close and restart app, it's borderline useless at this point, and I'm finding myself having to just walk outside to the Intellicenter to turn on whatever I need. Really bad look for Pentane
